My top 3 tools of 2022

We’re a week into 2023, how are you feeling? 2022 was a challenging year for me and I have been thinking about the tools that really kept me going and I want to share them with you. Hopefully these heart-centered hacks will bring you some extra support and power going into this new year.

Here are my Top 3 from 2022:

3. The best advice you can get will come from listening to your own inner voice. Last week I hosted a goal planning workshop where everyone created their own dream board of advisors. I led the group in a gorgeous hypno-meditation to meet their new mentors and it was wild! Lizzo appeared, and then Oprah, Michelle Obama, Simone Biles, Bill Hader and even Pitbull. I guided our group to open up to the advice of these advisors, but the beauty of this exercise is that the guidance that they received was truly coming from their own inner knowing and subconscious minds. If you are looking for some support or inspiration, take the time to meditate, go for a walk, try some self-hypnosis, or any activity where you can quiet your mind and listen. No one knows you better than you.

2. Breathe. Have you ever noticed how much you hold your breath? Let it out! Breathwork has truly transformed my life over the past year. It’s not only the key to releasing anxiety, but an epic tool for inner connection and inspiration. I’ve had so many inspiring business downloads come to me during breathwork sessions. There are many different and simple ways to practice breathwork. Check out the free Owaken Daily practice on YouTube, level up with their app, or join me and breathwork practitioner Lauri Spitz this Wednesday 1/11 for our signature monthly tapping and breathwork workshop: Calm The F*ck Down.

1. The most powerful thing that I did last year was record meditationstappingshypnosis and voice memo pep-talks for myself (and you!) There’s something extra transformative in hearing your own voice supporting you and cheering you on when you are feeling low.

There are many ways to do this. You may want to simply record yourself speaking about something that went well. For example, the next time you nail a client job or have an incredible trip or make a new friend, take a moment while you are in a high-vibe state and record what it felt like. You’ll then be able to return to that recording, to that vibration, in the future when you need to be reminded of what’s possible for you.

Another way to do this is to write a list of affirmations that you want to program into your subconscious, record them in a voice memo app, leaving a little space in between each one so that you can listen and repeat it back to yourself while tapping, resting or exercising.

And finally, one that has really saved me, once you have come out the other end of a really stressful experience, record a little pep talk for yourself about how you endured, powered through, and came out on top. That way, the next time you face a similar challenge, or anxiety rears its head, you’ll have a reminder of what you are capable of. I can’t recommend this enough!

The best part about all of these tools is, they are completely free! I’d love to know what your 2022 hacks were, email me or send me a DM. We need all the support we can get!
