Feel Your Feelings

A couple of friends reached out to me this week to let me know that they have been experiencing anxiety, something I know about all too deeply.


Most of us are becoming increasingly over-stimulated (on top of reemerging from two years of WTAF?) so it makes perfect sense that we are experiencing more anxiety. Even dysfunctional levels of anxiety. You’re not going crazy.


The hack is to embrace it. I know that’s the last thing you want to do when you are in it. Your instincts want to try and figure out what caused it and how to get away from it ASAFP but that will backfire.


Allow yourself to feel it, talk to it, listen to it, give it a voice, and then choose a somatic practice of your choice to finish processing it (tapping and breathwork are my go-to’s,) otherwise that b*tch will BRB.

But tapping is not just for anxiety. Tapping can be fun! In fact, I’ve been introducing it more and more with my clients to help them break through business blocks so that they can show up, market themselves with confidence, raise their rates, send those emails and gain clarity on their projects.
