Virtual Hypnosis

I often get asked if hypnosis works virtually, and yes, it does! Hypnosis works anywhere you can be in a very relaxed theta brainwave state. You do not need to work with a hypnotist or hypnotherapist in-person in order to receive substantial, lasting benefits. In fact, all of my hypnosis sessions have been done over the phone or on Zoom.

I actually prefer virtual hypnosis sessions as it allows me and my clients to get as comfortable as possible in our own personal spaces. My clients can relax on the couch, lying down, or in a dark, cool bedroom with some essential oils and a cozy blanket. This feeling of comfort and safety allows them to go even deeper into theta, and there is no worry about having to reintegrate quickly into wakefulness after our session in order to travel home. 

After a virtual session, my clients can relax in their own space for as long as they need to, and reintegrate into wakefulness at their own pace. 

I do recommend to my clients that they give themselves at least 30-60 minutes to rest after a deep hypnosis session. You will not want to jump right back in to work or daily tasks after a long hypnosis session.
